"I hate shopping for insurance. Shopping for insurance and calling my cell phone carrier are right up on top of the list for activities I try to avoid……at all cost. Alas, it was time, and after a little bit of research, I called State Farm Bill Warburton. I spoke with Becca and she made the whole process hassle free and easy!!! Not to mention she was down right hilarious! The rates were competitive, but it's the customer service that made it..don't look any further...if you're like me and this chore keeps getting skipped over, cause it just sounds too tedious, just call Becca…you'll laugh, get the insurance you need and cross that final thing off your list. You'll be glad you did."

"Most Awful - total ripoff 1-I had them for a few years, Horrible experience. They didn't know setting up my payment from bank acc to State Farm account, they gave me incorrect info and my payments were continually late despite the fact I set up auto pay from my bank account vs From my StateFarm account, they tell me it is not doable that way. I had to call the main number, 3 times (everytime something changed they would screw it up). Called main number, they fixed it in no time. So Monroe office: complete incompetence 2- They overcharged me when I canceled my policy with them, they kept charging me several hundreds of dollars. they reimburse a small amount. Still owe $hundreds. I sent them an email, no response (typical) 3- I set up my new insurance with Liberty Mutual last year, I am saving $hundreds despite the fact that I can not bundle with our house (sold), the process has been so smooth, you called them you get answers. complete opposite of State Farm Monroe"

"Been with State farm for a long time. This agency has called me MORE TIMES since I became their client than any other agent!! It's ridiculous because I don't want to get calls all the time!! Never had this happen with other state farm agents."
